By accessing or using our website, a-and-b.bike (the “Site”), and making purchases from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms


By using our Site, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which governs the use of the Site. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be noted at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and Services


We sell products as described on the Site. We aim to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and availability. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, including pricing errors, and cancel any orders made under such conditions.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment


By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. Once an order is accepted, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Payments for purchases are due at the time of the order, and we accept payments through Stripe and Paypal.

5. Pricing and Taxes


All prices displayed on the Site are in USD. Prices may change without notice. Since we are an Oregon based business, there is no sales tax required for your purchase. If there is any other tax responsibility in your state, you are responsible for that tax.

6. Shipping and Delivery


We are a small business that is run at night and on weekends, therefore we make no guarantees as to how fast we can prepare shipments. We strive to ship out orders once a week, in bundles. Thank you for understanding. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method chosen, and product availability. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you will be responsible for paying those costs.

We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. Once the order is shipped, ownership of the product is transferred to you, and you assume all risks associated with the product.

7. Returns and Refunds


We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact a.and.b.bikes@gmail.com. Products must be in their original packaging, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

8. Account Security


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized activity or a breach of your account security, you must notify us immediately.

9. Prohibited Activities


You agree not to engage in the following activities while using the Site:
